The following information session will be held for the RFP (Request for Proposal) for entities to implement the subsidy program "Validation of technologies for contaminated water management project" in the FY2013 Supplementary Budget which was announced in MRI News on March 24, 2014. We would like you to attend the session if you are considering responding to the RFP. You will be able to view the session on the internet from the website for the project (to be opened soon).

Information session for RFP for entities to implement the subsidy program "Validation of technologies for contaminated water management project" in the FY2013 Supplementary Budget

4. Contents (Planned)

(1) Purpose and Procedure of RFP 13:30-14:00 (30 min.)
(2) Explanation of each demonstration project 14:00-15:00 (60 min.)
(3) Questions and Answers 15:00-15:30 (30 min.)

(The session times, beginning and ending times are preliminary.)
- The above schedule may be changed depending on proceedings of sessions.
- The sessions will be held in Japanese with Japanese-English simultaneous interpretation.
- You can ask questions in both English and Japanese.

5. Simultaneous Internet Session

You will be able to view the session simultaneously on the website (to be opened shortly). You can also view a video recording on the website after the session. The URL of the website will be announced on this news site as soon as it is available.

6. Documents

You will be able to download all the documents used in the session, and related to the RFP, from the website.

7. Registration

If you are planning to attend the session in Tokyo on April 8, please inform us of your planned attendance by e-mail or fax with following information using the contact address below not later than April 7, 2014 (Monday) 10:00 AM. Please be aware that the number of attendant per an entity will be limited to two because of the capacity of the venue. The number of attendant per entities may be limited to one in the case of too many applications. You will be informed via e-mail or fax in the case of limiting the number of attendants until April 10,2014 (Monday) 1:00 PM. If there are a huge number of applicants in the case of limitation, we will select participants for the information session by lot.
