Basic Philosophy

Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc., aims to be a knowledge-creation company that contributes to the advancement of society in the 21st century. To achieve this goal, we have set the following three concepts as our management principles: to make a contribution to society based on our expertise and research data, to conduct fair corporate activities, and to demonstrate comprehensive strength based on our wide-ranging research. These principles are founded on our commitment to high quality, which to us means customer satisfaction.

Quality Management Policy

  1. We recognize that our services have value only if they contribute to the development of our customers' businesses.
  2. We endeavor to detect the latent needs of our customers in order to ascertain accurately their exact requirements.
  3. We work proactively to improve the quality of our services in order to offer our customers the high level of quality that they demand.
  4. We review our quality management system on an ongoing basis and continually strive to improve its effectiveness as part of our commitment to quality.
